We do not accept refunds or cancellation unless the course you purchased is inaccessible. If you have any suck issues, please contact us at [[email protected]] with details of the transaction and the issue that you are facing.
Upon the transaction receipt and the issue, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will give access to the courses with a different ID if you have any issues with the ID you registered.
